Cory Strauch

Cory grew up in senior care. The son of a nurse, he was raised around home health, hospice, and long-term care, and that early exposure turned into a career built on compassion, professionalism, and deep operational knowledge. He started as a Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP), then moved through Resident Care Coordinator and Resident Services Director before earning his license as an Assisted Living Administrator. He has managed both assisted living and memory care communities, which is where he learned what makes a senior residence feel like home. Cory is also a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT), which lets him certify others in dementia care best practices and is the backbone of the company's dementia education programs. With more than a decade inside senior communities, his approach to placement is personal. He treats every family's search as if it were his own.
