How it works, from first call to move-in day

Four steps, and we are with you for all of them.

    We listen. Health needs, budget, location, and what your family is hoping for. Usually about 20 minutes.

    Your shortlist

    We hand you a short list of communities we know and trust, with real pricing, not thirty names from a database.

    Tours, we come with you

    We walk the halls with you, ask the questions staff do not expect, and tell you honestly what we see.

    Move-in day and our free 4-hour Tuck-In

    We are there on move-in day for four hours at no cost, unpacking, meeting staff, and settling your parent in.

We help Colorado families find the right senior living community, from assisted living to memory care to short respite stays. We learn what your parent needs, recommend places we already know well, tour with you, and stay with you through move-in day.

Yes. Families never pay us. When a family moves into a community we work with, that community pays our fee, the same way it would pay any referral partner. Your cost of care does not go up because you worked with us.

We serve the Front Range and beyond, including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Greeley, and Greenwood Village. If you are somewhere else in Colorado, call us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

That is most of our calls. Our team includes a licensed nurse and former community administrators, so we can talk through what is happening day to day and explain which level of care fits. Nothing is decided in that first conversation.

Yes. One co-founder is a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, another is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a third is an Eden Certified Practitioner. Dementia is a core part of what we do. We know which Colorado memory care communities do it well and which ones only say they do.

Absolutely, and earlier is easier. Families who plan ahead get better choices and better pricing than families in a crisis. There is no pressure and no timeline from us.

Big referral websites sell your contact information to many facilities at once, then your phone rings all week. We are local people who have run these communities, we visit them in person, and we send your information to no one without your say.

Yes, and we do it often. We can tour on your behalf, send you photos and honest notes, join a video call with the whole family, and be there in person on move-in day when you cannot fly in.

Nothing is required. It helps if you know the general budget, the city you want, and any recent medical events like a fall or a hospital stay. If you do not have those answers yet, we will work them out together.
