We collect only what you give us on a form or over the phone, plus basic website analytics. We use it to help you find senior living in Colorado. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not pass your phone number to communities without talking with you first.
What information do we collect?
When you fill out a form or call us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation. When you visit the website, we also collect standard technical information such as your browser type, the pages you view, and the site that sent you here. We do not buy contact lists.
How do we use it?
We use your information to reply to you, understand what kind of care is needed, arrange tours, and follow up after a move. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address to send it. We also look at website analytics in aggregate to see which pages help people.
Forms and phone calls
Form submissions are stored in our secure database and are visible only to our team. Phone calls are not recorded. We share details with a senior living community only when we are checking availability or setting up a tour for you, and we tell you which communities we are contacting.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand traffic. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you.
Links to other websites
We sometimes link to senior living communities, government programs, and nonprofit resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, call us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what we have, correct it, stop contacting you, or delete it. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. None of these requests costs anything, and none of them changes the help we are willing to give you.
