Diana has spent more than 15 years across Colorado's senior living landscape as a guide, connector, and advocate for older adults and their families. She is an Eden Certified Practitioner, a care philosophy that honors the individuality, dignity, and quality of life of each person. She believes no two seniors are the same, so no two placement journeys should be either. Her background covers rehabilitation and skilled nursing admissions, community relations, sales and marketing, business development, and long-standing partnerships with healthcare and community organizations. Diana serves as Board Chair of the Adams County Aging Network (ACAN), where she helps lead initiatives that improve senior resources and collaboration among service providers. Whether working one-on-one with a family or shaping broader systems of support, her goal is the same: help each person thrive, not just live.
