Michele brings more than three decades in healthcare to Above & Beyond. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse and a seasoned Assisted Living Administrator who has spent her career where clinical care meets senior living management. Her experience spans assisted living, home health, hospice, and long-term care, in both frontline caregiving and executive roles including Regional Vice President and Community Administrator. That gives her a rare view of how care systems work and where they fall short for families. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner she brings specialized knowledge to families facing memory loss. Michele is known for the relationships she builds with families and providers, and for a consultative style that helps people make hard choices with confidence.
