Four weeks out
Why it matters: Colorado leases and communities usually want thirty days, so the notice date drives every other date on this list.
Why it matters: Communities limit elevator and dock hours, and a mover who knows the building will not lose half a day.
Sorting the house
Why it matters: Seeing that the recliner and the dresser will not both fit prevents an argument on move-in day.
Why it matters: Four piles keeps decisions moving, and a maybe pile only guarantees you will handle the same box twice.
The week before
Why it matters: Staff cannot pass medications without labeled bottles, so a bag on a moving truck can cost your parent a dose.
Move-in day
Why it matters: A finished bedroom and a familiar chair by evening does more for sleep that first night than a fully unpacked kitchen.
Why it matters: Tuck-In means someone from our team is there to unpack, meet staff, and stay with your person so you can breathe.
