Above & Beyond Senior Living was founded in 2023 in Greenwood Village. We are the only Colorado placement agency led by former community administrators and licensed care professionals, with more than 75 combined years in senior living and healthcare. Our help is always free to families.
Why did we start this?
We spent our careers inside senior living. We hired the caregivers, wrote the care plans, sat with families in the lobby at the worst moment of their year, and watched people move into buildings that were never going to work for them. Almost always the reason was the same. Nobody with real operating experience was helping them decide, and the free referral website they called was paid to hand their phone number to whoever bid on it.
So we built the thing we wished existed. A small Colorado team, a licensed nurse and licensed administrators, who visit the communities in person, know the staff by name, and tell families the truth even when the truth costs us a placement. You never pay us. You never get your information sold. You get people who have run these buildings sitting on your side of the table.

Yes. You never pay us. Communities pay us a fee when a family moves in, the same way a landlord pays a leasing agent. That fee does not raise your rent, and it does not change which communities we show you.
We ran senior living communities before we started this. We visit places in person and know the staff. We also never blast your phone number out to thirty facilities, so you will not get flooded with calls.
We serve families across Colorado, including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Greeley, and Greenwood Village. Our office is in Greenwood Village.
